By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Services

Sustainable Heating & Air provides HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimates provided are based on our initial assessment of your HVAC system. Final prices may vary if unforeseen issues are discovered during the performance of the work. We will communicate any significant price changes and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Specific warranties for equipment and labor will be provided in writing at the time of service. Our standard "10/10 Warranty" applies to qualifying new installations, covering 10 years of service and 10 years on parts, subject to regular maintenance requirements outlined in your installation agreement.

5. Maintenance Memberships

Maintenance memberships are billed on a recurring basis as outlined during sign-up. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us, subject to the specific terms of the membership agreement signed at the time of enrollment.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sustainable Heating & Air, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
